Designs are Unique!
Most of the items on the site are custom and made to order, so the final product you receive may vary in appearance in terms of letter/word spacing and layout, but we've made every effort to try to give you the best possible idea of what your information will look like on your item.
Not sure about the color?
We've tried to produce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible, but due to the natural differences between how colors are displayed from computer to computer, the printed product may be slightly different. If you are unsure about a products color, please contact me.
Paying by Credit Card
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We process orders as quickly as possible, and if we need any clarification regarding an order we'll contact you. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.
Shipping costs vary by product subtotal. There may also be additional charges if you request a rush on an item due to the especially unique nature of the items. The following are the standard shipping rates we offer:

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which normally takes 3-5 days after entered into the USPS system depending on the final destination. Standard shipping rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and International and will be handled on a per order basis. Please allow additional time for orders placed during busy times such as holidays.
Status of an Order
Once processed, all orders typically take 7-10 business days to customize the designs to your specifications.
All of the designs are unique. If any of the information you have provided is incorrect, please contact us ASAP! Include your order number with the correct information, and we'll make the necessary changes. If you decide to cancel an order before it's printed, there will be an $8 processing/set up fee to cover our creation process.
Even though we complete a quality control (QC) check before every order ships, it's true, sometimes an error can happen. We are so sorry! If you receive your package and any personalization is incorrect (but appears correct on the form submitted with the order), Between the Sheets Co. will absolutely revise your personalization and ship to you via USPS at no additional charge. Please double check your order form for correct spelling and address, as incorrect merchandise cannot be revised free of charge.
